Challenge
The project site was very flat and required a large amount of import material.
Solution
The team created multiple iterations of the site and stormwater infrastructure design to ensure the site elevation could be lowered and still be functional, with as little cost impact as possible.
Results
- Our team worked through an early grading permit that only took 2 months, instead of 4
- We offered expedited design that allowed design duration to shrink from 1.5 months to just 3 weeks, allowing for initial permit submission to be into the City 3 weeks sooner than expected
