Testimonials
Don’t just take our word for it. Hear from a few of our past interns!
“What sets Scout & Co. apart is its commitment to developing interns through hands-on experience. Rather than simply observing, I was challenged to think critically, solve real engineering problems, and take responsibility for my designs. That level of trust, combined with the support and mentorship of the team, has accelerated my growth and strengthened my confidence as an engineer.”
— Noah Kent
“The past three summers have been great. Scout & Co. has given me the opportunity to experience real world scenarios and develop solutions that can be used in real life. It has allowed me to grow as an engineer and expand my knowledge of this field outside of what the classroom can teach. I believe this is the best internship any college student could ask for.”
— Hunter Sexton
“I absolutely adored my time with the Raleigh team at Scout & Co. this summer. I not only grew as an engineer, but as a soon grad joining the corporate world. Working on projects that will eventually come to fruition made me feel like a valued member of the team and challenged me in ways the classroom isn’t able to. I met so many personal goals this summer under the supervision of my mentor and felt nothing but encouraged the entire time.”
— Caroline Collins
“My mentor has been an amazing resource and is always open to answering any lingering questions I have. I truly have learned a lot in my short time at Scout and my mentor has played a huge role in that.”
— Aaron Yac-Torres
“The highlight of my internship has been the ability to work and make meaningful contributions to real projects. It has allowed me to learn and also take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of my work. The environment in the office has also been an amazing and wonderful experience to be a part of.”
— Aaron Yac-Torres
“The highlight of the internship for me so far is the comradery within the office and the office outings. I love that everyone here isn’t just a coworker but a friend as well no matter their stature within the office hierarchy.”
— Zach Buccigross
